This page explains Ariyan Clinic's insurance admission pathway, commonly required documents, and how insured services are reviewed. Contracts, benefit limits, and eligible services may change during the year.
Accepted insurance providers
Please contact clinic reception before your visit for the current list of contracted basic and supplementary insurers. An insurance card alone does not guarantee that every service is covered; final confirmation follows an eligibility check.
Insurance and admission services
- Guidance on documents and referral letters required for a service
- Initial eligibility and contract review during admission
- Guidance on prior authorization when required
- Invoices and available supporting documents for supplementary claims
- Explanation of the patient's share and non-covered charges after verification
What should you bring?
- A valid patient identification document
- A valid insurance card, booklet, or policy information
- The prescription, clinician order, or relevant referral letter
- Prior authorization or previous medical records if requested by the insurer
Important coverage note
Coverage depends on the policy, contract validity, benefit limits, deductibles, inpatient or outpatient rules, and insurer authorization. The final payable amount can only be confirmed after reception reviews the documents and eligibility response.
